The Cadet First Sergeant

I am 16 years old. I am a Cadet 1SGT and I am successful. My Company Commander is one of my best friends. I feel that I am looked down upon because I am successful, even though I am young for the job. I am working towards Command Sergeant Major next year, and I hope to be good at that too. I just hope I don't make too many mistakes, because apparently, I'm on a one strike basis with the battalion. Our Battalion Commander and I don't neccessarily get along, but we can work together. This year is going to be very bumpy, but I think I can pull it off. I'll keep everyone posted on upcoming events in the area, and what's been happening.
